The Bucks County Civil War Museum and Library, a subsidiary of The Bucks County Civil War Round Table, Inc., is led by a Board of Directors which includes elected members acting as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer and Asst. Secretary Treasurer. The Board of Directors and Members at Large meet quarterly, and information on the organization and upcoming events are circulated in the Museum newsletter.



Mike Campbell- President


Mike has been a long time resident of Doylestown and a very active member of the community. Mike attended Archbishop Wood High School and went to Temple University.  He has also been Vice President of the Bucks County Civil War Roundtable. Mike is an accomplished writer and gives tours at the Doylestown Cemetery.




Jim Donovan- V.P. /Treasurer

Jim has served as President of the BCCWRT and has been an active member of the organization for many years. He was also a member and past President of the Robert E. Lee Round Table of Central New Jersey. Jim has been an active reenactor for almost 25 years. He serves as captain of Company A of the 7th Virginia Cavalry that was commanded by Turner Ashby. Over the years, Jim has been involved in many encampments, parades, skirmishes, battles and living history events.









Kitt Finch - Secretary

Kitt Finch is Secretary on the Executive Board. She is an ardent lover of all things historical and will, “tell anyone with a pulse” that history is fascinating if you have the right teachers. She has been a member for 20 years and has been actively involved in getting the BCCWRT into the public arena by offering various programs at schools and various civic groups. She has been a part of our living history events, marched in the Memorial Day Parade, and gave programs at the museum as well as monthly meetings that pertained to the topic of the fairer sex.


Allie Brand- Executive Director, Bucks County Civil War Museum and Library

Allie grew up in Bucks County and is the child of two American History teachers. Her love of history, particularly the Civil War, was cultivated through many visits to Gettysburg and other battlefields growing up. She graduated from Penn State and lived in Philadelphia for many years before returning Bucks County.
